All orders are carefully verified, quality-checked, and packaged before shipment. Typically:

  • Orders are sent to our fulfillment center within 1–3 business days after purchase.

  • During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take a few extra days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Time

Shipping time refers to the time it takes for your order to travel from our fulfillment center to your delivery address.

We cannot ship to PO boxes internationally. Please provide a standard street address for all deliveries outside the US.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: Orders of $60.00 and up

  • Standard Shipping: Orders $0.00–$59.99 ($7.90)

  • Expedited Shipping: $15.90

Delivery delays may occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Click “Track Package” in the email to see updates.

  • Tracking information is usually updated within 24–48 hours after shipment.

  • During high volume periods, shipment scans may be delayed or temporarily missing.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

MonroeLuxe is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

  • Save all packaging materials and the damaged item before submitting your claim.
